This is a full time position of Area Sales Manager for our Brand "HEIM"
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets for the assigned territory.
• Identify and prospect potential customers, including retailers, distributors, and key accounts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
• Lead a team of Sales Executives and provide coaching, training, and guidance to achieve individual and team goals.
• Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and threats.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns and product launches.
• Ensure proper product knowledge and training for the sales team.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
• Travel within the territory to meet customers, attend industry events, and conduct sales meetings.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
