Job Description

• Minimum 3 year experience as an Area/Operational/Cluster Manager in any retail apparel stores (Mandatory).
• Guide a team of professionals to maximize revenue.
• Manage Multiple stores operations, SOP, KPI's & sales targets.
• Efficiency in improving new sales techniques and Sales trainings
• Guide and motivate the sales team to maximize revenue.
• Manage stores operations & sales targets.
• Efficiency in improving new sales techniques.
• Profit and loss account management across the region.
• People Management, Training & Motivation.
• Work On improving service and increase Foot falls.
• Guide Customer relationship management and Cash management
• Performance management Evaluate the performance of the SM & staff on an individual basis.
• Competitor analysis, Market research about apparel brands
• Determine long term success by proposing different business development strategies.
• Ensure the expansion of stores and brand visibility.
• Perform detailed analysis of new market trends, consumer behavior and competition in the
• market.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ?420,000.00 - ?500,000.00 per year
