• Designation- Area Sales Manager (Retail)
:
• - Manage and develop a portfolio of retail accounts within the designated area
• - Achieve sales targets and meet performance metrics
• - Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, store managers, and owners
• - Conduct regular store visits to ensure product availability, visibility, and compliance with company standards
• - Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities, including new product launches and promotions
• - Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and drive sales growth
• - Provide market feedback and insights to inform sales strategies
• - Ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales data and market intelligence
Experience:
• - 4+ years of sales experience in retail or a related field
• - Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding performance expectations
• - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• - Proficiency in sales data analysis and reporting tools
• - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Preferred Qualifications:
• MBA
• - Experience in the consumer goods or retail industry
• - Knowledge of sales principles, tactics, and strategies
