Job Summary: The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive sales growth in the assigned area. This role involves managing and leading a team of sales representatives, establishing strong relationships with retailers and distributors, and ensuring that sales targets are met or exceeded.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets in the assigned area.
• Manage and lead a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure optimal performance.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence by establishing and maintaining strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and other key stakeholders.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and product development.
• Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management.
• Ensure effective distribution and availability of CRAFTherbbs products in the market.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional activities and campaigns.
• Conduct regular market visits to assess and improve sales performance and customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales role, preferably in the beauty and wellness industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to inform strategies.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned area as required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
