Area Sales Manager
Job Description
1. Will be responsible for achieving AOP target, keeping growth and profitability in mind
2. Identification of new prospect and area to expand business horizon
3. Dealer management -both existing and venturing new opportunities
4. Will conduct different demand generation activities like farmers meet/ webinar/seminar/Govt.official meet
5. Controlling cost of the branch
6. Plan and follow up with factory/ OPC for seamless flow of materials
7. Ensuring uploading required documents in portal to get subsidy on time
8. Will motivate team members to achieve desired goal
9. To do various capacity building exercise under CBMS
10. Liaison with Government departments / Resource Institutions for various schemes supporting PMKSY / MI Programmes
11. Submission of various reports to the reporting manager as and when required
