This includes leading and motivating a team of sales representatives, driving sales performance, expanding the customer base, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. The role requires a combination of leadership skills, strategic planning, and hands-on sales expertise to deliver results in a competitive market environment.
Industry : Any FMCG industry, preferably Beverage Industry
Job Type: Full-time (on-site)
Work Experience : 5+years (Preferably in preferably Beverage Industry)
Education: Graduation or equivalent degree is preferred. Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing, training, and providing overall guidance to the sales team of an assigned territory.
  • Monitoring the performance of the sales team and motivating members to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Traveling to potential and existing customers within an assigned sales area to present company offerings and build brand awareness.
  • Developing and sustaining long-term relationships with customers.
  • Implementing a sales management process to assist the sales team in identifying and prioritizing key customers and prospects.
  • Maintaining and increasing sales of your company's products.
  • Reaching the targets and goals set for your area.
  • Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base.
  • Servicing the needs of your existing customers.
  • Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market.
Requirements:
  • Sound knowledge of sales and sales administration processes.
  • Strong understanding of modern trade and general trade.
  • Understanding of Food Services business and HORECA would be preferable.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage and lead a team.
  • Commitment to achieving the sales targets.
