Urgent Job Opening Area Sales Manager in a renowned Aluminum Scaffolding Mfg. Company Mumbai, Pune, Indore, Ahmedabad, Banglore, Chennai location.Designation - Area Sales ManagerExperience - 3-7YrsCTC - 7 LPA
Location - Mumbai, Pune, Indore, Ahmedabad, Banglore, ChennaiIndustries:- Only Scaffolding / Construction Material Manufacturing/Sheet Metal ManufacturingKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:-Area Sales Manager will be responsible for developing sales target, customerbased on our industry, overseeing and conducting market research to develop andimplement sales initiatives, developing and implementing sales strategies andproduct knowledge. * Meeting & exceeding sales targets for the assigned territories.

  • Visit 4 to 5 clients/sites perday.
  • Identifying and acquiring new customers, as well as up -selling to the existing
  • customer base.
  • Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers
  • sales, revenue, and
  • expense controls.
  • Building strong relationships with key accounts.
  • Build a strong pipeline and ensure accurate sales forecasting and account
  • planning.
  • Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
  • Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
  • Provide ongoing training of your salespeople, promoting the organization and
  • products.
  • Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.
  • Prepare regular reports and participate in regular meetings to review
  • performance.
  • Coordinating with other teams to ensure smooth delivery of products &
  • services.
  • Analysing market trends and competitors' activities and formulating
  • strategies to respond to these.
  • Good in Follow up
Desired Profile of the candidate: * Excellent communication and people skills
  • Willing to travel extensively
  • Experience of Sales at Construction sites preferred
  • Must have experience of at least 2-5 years as a Sales
  • Graduate
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills
  • Ability to motivate and lead a team
  • Initiative and enthusiasm
  • Good planning and organizational skills
