Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Area Sales Manager to oversee our retail clothing stores. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 8 years of experience in retail management, specifically within clothing brands, and a proven track record of driving sales growth. The Area Sales Manager will work closely with store management teams to implement effective sales strategies, enhance customer experiences, and ensure that our stores meet and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

o Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for increased profitability.

o Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for stores in your area and develop action plans to address performance gaps.

o Prepare and present sales reports to senior management, highlighting successes and opportunities for improvement.

o Collaborate with store managers to support daily operations, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.

o Apply innovative merchandising strategies that enhance product visibility and customer engagement.

o Conduct regular store visits to assess performance and provide actionable feedback for improvement.

o Oversee inventory management, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing loss.

o Design and conduct training programs for staff, focusing on soft skills, customer handling,

o Focus on cross-selling and upselling to enhance customer purchases and increase average transaction value.

o Foster a culture of teamwork and collaboration among store employees to meet and exceed store targets.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.

4 to 8 years of experience in retail management, specifically within clothing brands.

Prior experience as a Store Manager or in a comparable role with a strong understanding of store operations and administration.

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
