Area Sales Executive will be responsible for handling products like Medium Voltage (MV) & Low Voltage (LV) switchgears, wires & cables and Industrial Lighting etc at Government & infrastructure segment and should bring a strong background in Sales & Marketing, business development, leadership skills, and a strategic mindset to contribute to our firm\'s success. Key Responsibilities:\xc2\xb7 Should be technically & commercially competent with the Switchgears (Medium Voltage & Low voltage), Industrial Lighting, Wires & cables. Strong knowledge of all types of Electrical products & should be a quick learner. \xc2\xb7 Achieving targeted sales for B2B business in all Electrical Products like LV & MV Switchgears, Wires & Cables and Industrial lighting, Etc. \xc2\xb7 Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue growth. \xc2\xb7 Monitor Government Business market trends as well as competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth in collaboration with marketing & backend team. \xc2\xb7 Provide feedback to the management on market trends, customer needs, and competitors activities. \xc2\xb7 Prepare sales reports and sales forecasts on a regular basis. \xc2\xb7 Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers and ensure timely payment collection. \xc2\xb7 Coordinate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional campaigns of our organization for various Government departments & infrastructure customers. \xc2\xb7 Will be responsible for generating sales enquiry from government & infrastructure business. \xc2\xb7 The candidate should be comfortable in travelling extensively in the area assigned. \xc2\xb7 Should possess sound knowledge about business Government and important soft skills like -effective communication & articulation, sales attitude & Growth mindset, etc. \xc2\xb7 Payment collection & payment follow up with customer. \xc2\xb7 Work closely with internal teams to develop comprehensive proposals that align with government priorities. \xc2\xb7 Regularly monitor government portals and offline sources for tender opportunities relevant to the company\'s expertise. \xc2\xb7 Search for upcoming enquiries in infrastructure sector, meeting with builders, consultants, architects. Educational qualifications and Skills: \xc2\xb7 Diploma/BE/BTech - Electrical, MBA in Marketing and Sales will be preferred. \xc2\xb7 Minimum 2 Years of Experience in the field of Business Development. \xc2\xb7 Strong communication and negotiation skills and should be able to work under pressure. \xc2\xb7 Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients. \xc2\xb7 Excellent organizational and time management skills. \xc2\xb7 Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) practices and software. \xc2\xb7 Knowledge of the Govt. Business market trends. \xc2\xb7 Self-motivated and target-driven \xc2\xb7 Ability to work well in a team as well as Independently. \xc2\xb7 Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
