Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Territory Sales Executive to join our team, in Kolkata. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and driving sales activities across the Eastern India region, including West Bengal, Bihar, Jharkhand, Chhatisgarh, Assam & Orissa
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors and agents in the assigned territory.
• Conduct door-to-door sales activities to promote and sell Sarso products.
• Organize and manage booking shows to showcase our latest collections.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance to meet and exceed targets.
• Provide training and support to distributors and agents to enhance their sales effectiveness.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement regional sales strategies.
• Prepare regular reports on sales activities, market conditions, and competitor activities.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and support.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in women's ethnic wear industry of 2+ Years.
• Strong understanding of the Northern India market and its dynamics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
