The Sales Executive for Residential Solar Plants will play a pivotal role in driving sales and promoting our solar solutions to residential customers. The ideal candidate should have prior field sales experience, preferably in consumer goods, FMCG, or electrical and electronics appliances. The role is target-based, and the Sales Executive will be responsible for achieving sales targets and generating revenue through the sale of residential solar solutions. Sales Target Achievement:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Conduct market research to identify potential customers and new sales opportunities.
Customer Engagement:
Engage with residential customers to understand their energy needs and educate them on the benefits of solar solutions.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the advantages of residential solar plants.
Lead Generation and Prospecting:
Generate leads through various channels, including field visits, referrals, and partnerships.
Regularly prospect and qualify leads to build a robust sales pipeline.
Field Sales Activities:
Conduct door-to-door sales visits to residential areas to promote solar solutions.
Build and maintain relationships with potential customers through effective communication and follow-up.
Quotation and Proposal Submission:
Prepare and present customized quotations and proposals based on customer requirements.
Collaborate with the technical team to ensure accurate and feasible project proposals.
Negotiation and Closing:
Negotiate terms and conditions with customers to secure sales agreements.
Close deals and coordinate with the sales support team for order processing.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions.
Submit regular sales reports and updates to the sales manager.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven field sales experience in consumer goods, FMCG, or electrical and electronics appliances.
Understanding of residential solar solutions and the renewable energy industry is a plus.
