Area Sales Executive - Uttar Pradesh WR (India)Department: Sales / MarketingEmployment Type: Full TimeLocation: IndiaReporting To: Prem Kumar ChauhanDescriptionResults-driven sales professional with a strong technical background in submersible pumps and motors, responsible for leading sales growth and building customer relationships in Uttar Pradesh - Western Region (Reporting branch Ghaziabad.) Utilizes product expertise and industry knowledge to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions, driving revenue and market share increase.Key ResponsibilitiesESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Sales & Marketing for agriculture and domestic pumps (Submersible, monoblocs and minipumps) Sales & Promotions to Increase the brand awareness & Increase in the Revenue
• Handling existing dealers and distributors for Uttar Pradesh - Western Region and making enquiries related to the products to Understand the market situation & requirement.
• Creating, Developing and managing the network Distributors, Dealers, Sub-dealer, Retailers, Mediators
• Primary & secondary sales/ channel development in the allotted area/region in the prospect of new business development.
• Conduct site visits and assessments to understand customer operations and identify opportunities

Skills, Knowledge and ExpertiseSkills and Abilities.

• Strong technical knowledge of submersible pumps and motors, including design, application, and installation
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools

Education and Experience

• Minimum Graduation with MBA (Marketing) preferred
• He should have an experience of 3 -7 years in Sales and Marketing of agriculture and domestic pumps (Submersible, monoblocs and minipumps)
