Role Overview:
The Area Sales Executive will be responsible for expanding Ziel Lubricants' market reach in Hyderabad by promoting industrial lubricant products. This role includes managing relationships with industrial clients, providing technical insights, and achieving sales targets within the assigned region.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sales and Market Expansion:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in Hyderabad's industrial sector, including manufacturing, automotive, and heavy machinery industries.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and ensure consistent growth in market share.
• Customer Relations and Technical Support:
• Build strong relationships with clients and distributors, understanding their needs and providing tailored lubrication solutions.
• Offer technical assistance and guidance to ensure clients utilize products effectively.
• Market Intelligence and Reporting:
• Keep track of market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activity in the Hyderabad region.
• Report insights and market feedback to assist in refining product and sales strategies.
• Promotions and Campaigns:
• Collaborate with the marketing team and channel partners to execute promotional activities and campaigns.
• Participate in technical events, workshops, and demonstrations to build brand awareness.
• Documentation and Reporting:
• Maintain detailed records of all sales activities, interactions, and client communications.
• Submit regular sales and activity reports to the Regional Sales Manager.
Qualifications and Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-7 years of sales experience, preferably in industrial lubricants or technical sales.
• Solid understanding of industrial lubricants and their applications.
• Knowledge of the Hyderabad industrial market is an advantage.
Skills Required:
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Technical knowledge of lubricants and applications in industrial settings.
• Ability to negotiate effectively and solve customer issues.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Willingness to travel extensively in the region.
Salary:
Competitive, with performance-based incentives.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
