Job Summary:
Achievements of sales, collection targets by leading and motivating the team with organizational and leadership skills.
Job Responsibilities:
Understand, prepare, and execute the sales plans and targets.
Achieve sales, growth, and collection targets.
Monitor all sales and procedures.
Taking the responsibilities for ensuring the entire sales closing life cycle for your assigned territory.
Product demonstrations, sales closing, and post sales relationship management.
Maintaining the detailed data base of all the interactions with the leads and providing constant feedback to the respective team.
Carrying weekly, monthly revenue and enrolment targets.
Handle escalations and improve customer experience.
What are we looking for?
An individual with excellent communication skills (written & verbal), interpersonal abilities and presentation skills.
Apart from good English proficiency, individuals with any of the following as Telugu.
Highly dedicated individuals who are hardworking and with extreme determination.
People with strong sense of empathy and great patience.
People with systematic approach to build sales funnels, tracking feedback, prioritizing tasks, and constantly exceeding targets within the deadlines.
