Key Responsibilities:
• Sales: Customer & Product-wise Sales Targets and Achievements
• Develop and implement strategies to meet or exceed customer and product-specific sales targets.
• Monitor and analyze sales data to assess performance against targets.
• Identify opportunities for growth and improvement in product offerings and customer engagement.
• Collection: Ensure Collections as per Plan & Credit Compliance
• Oversee the collection process to ensure timely payments from customers.
• Implement and maintain credit compliance standards to minimize financial risk.
• Collaborate with the finance team to resolve any issues related to outstanding payments.
• Beat Plan: Compliance & Coverage
• Develop and maintain an effective beat plan to ensure comprehensive market coverage.
• Monitor compliance with the beat plan and adjust as necessary to maximize efficiency.
• Work closely with sales teams to ensure consistent and effective execution of the plan.
• Marketing: Road Shows & Campaigns
• Plan and execute road shows and marketing campaigns to promote products and services.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to develop creative and effective promotional materials.
• Analyze the impact of marketing activities and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Scheme Management
• Develop and manage promotional schemes to attract and retain customers.
• Monitor the performance of schemes and make adjustments to optimize results.
• Ensure clear communication of scheme details to customers and sales teams.
• Customer KYC Collection
• Oversee the collection and maintenance of Know Your Customer (KYC) information.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements for KYC processes.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records.
• New Customer Development
• Identify and pursue opportunities for acquiring new customers.
• Develop strategies to penetrate new markets and expand customer base.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers.
