Key Responsibilities :
• Lead Generation : Identify and approach potential clients through cold calls, referrals, networking, and digital marketing tools.
• Client Relationship Management : Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Product Knowledge : Gain in-depth knowledge of the company's travel packages, destinations, and itineraries to confidently pitch products.
• Sales Planning and Execution :
• Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Organize and execute sales campaigns, presentations, and promotional activities.
• Negotiation and Closing : Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure proper documentation of bookings.
• Market Research : Understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to suggest better strategies.
• Cross-Functional Coordination : Collaborate with the operations and ticketing teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Skills and Qualifications :
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Persuasive negotiation and presentation skills.
• Ability to handle client objections and provide suitable solutions.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
• Prior experience in sales within the travel industry is a plus.
