Job Title: Area Sales Executive

Department: Sales

Reports To: Sales Manager or Regional Sales Manager

Location: Jaipur

Job Summary:

The Area Sales Executive is responsible for achieving sales targets and expanding the customer base within a designated geographical area. They will play a crucial role in promoting and selling the company's products or services to both existing and potential customers within their assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as set by the company.

2. Territory Management: Effectively manage and cover the assigned geographical area, identifying potential customers and opportunities for growth.

3. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and professionally.

4. Prospecting and Lead Generation: Actively seek out and pursue new leads and prospects to expand the customer base within the area.

5. Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company's products or services to effectively communicate their features and benefits to customers.

6. Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential customers, showcasing the value proposition of the company's offerings.

7. Negotiation: Negotiate sales contracts and terms with customers to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.

8. Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences within the area.

9. Sales Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and results to the Sales Manager or Regional Sales Manager.

10. Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales support team to ensure timely delivery of products or services to customers.

11. Customer Feedback: Gather customer feedback and market insights to help improve products, services, and overall customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

- Proven sales experience, preferably in a related industry.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Self-motivated and results-oriented.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Knowledge of the specific industry and market trends (depending on the industry).

- Proficiency in using sales software and tools.

- A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle (if required for the role).
