Position Title : Sales Executive

The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating sales of electrical products across various markets, including retail, B2B, and commercial sectors. This role involves building strong relationships with customers, achieving sales targets, and providing expert product knowledge.
Key Responsibilities :
• Sales & Business Development : Identify new customers (wholesalers, contractors, distributors) and drive sales of bulbs, switches, and lighting solutions.
• Customer Engagement : Conduct product demos, advise on product selection, and provide excellent customer service.
• Target Achievement : Meet or exceed sales targets, monitor market trends, and develop strategies to increase sales.
• Product Knowledge : Stay updated on product features, benefits, and industry trends, offering tailored solutions to customers.
• Order Management : Handle orders from lead to delivery, ensuring accuracy and customer satisfaction.
• Collaboration : Work with marketing, logistics, and technical teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
• Experience : 2-3 years in sales, preferably in electrical products or related industries.
• Skills : Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills; basic technical knowledge of electrical products.
• Tools : Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
