Job Responsibilities
Identification, appointment & development of distribution in the territory, including appointment of distributors and opening of new retail outlets for company products.
Daily market coverage of outlets in defined beat, sales, placement, range selling and merchandizing of all products.
Capable of defining and optimizing beat plans in assigned territory.
Calling potential customers to explain company products and encourage purchases.
Developing and sustaining long-lasting relationships with customers.
Demand Generation & Brand Building activities with the support of promoters
Sales planning, execution and achievement of daily, weekly and monthly targets set.
Maintaining an accurate record of all sales, scheduled customer appointments, and customer complaints.
Analyzing competitors' products to determine product features, pricing, schemes, benefits, shortfalls, and market success.
Skills Required:
Bachelors/Master Degree in Marketing or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in FMCG sales. A candidate with local market knowledge will be highly preferred.
Strong negotiation skills.
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively.
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
Ability to work independently as well as in collaboration with others.
