Key Responsibilities:
• Spearheading the expansion of UPVC profile system sales to fabricators, driving growth in primary sales and boosting window business through secondary sales channels.
• Proven expertise in uPVC profile systems is essential.
• Maximizing sales leads for higher conversion rates, establishing strong customer relationships, negotiating mutually beneficial agreements, and leading teams effectively.
• Experience in senior managerial roles is required.
• Enhancing existing sales channels, promoting the brand, and securing a larger share of corporate sales to increase overall revenue.
• Must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving license.
Skills & Qualifications:
• 2-3 years of experience in Sales & Marketing of uPVC profiles.
• Accountable for achieving sales targets and revenue realization.
• In-depth knowledge and experience in market dynamics.
• Prior experience in the building materials sector is preferred.
Communication Skills:
• Proficiency in English and Hindi.
Educational Qualifications:
• MBA (Marketing) and any graduate degree.
Experience:
• 2-3 years of experience in sales roles, with a focus on sales management and market penetration.
