Job Description


Area Sales ExecutiveWe are looking for a dynamic candidate with experience in the stages of the sales cycle. The Area Sales Executive will work in liaison with the sales and marketing team to understand current market trends and build relationships accordingly. Responsibilities include sales and business development in Myanmar, ANZ, and South Korea. The role of the Business Development Executive is to assist organizations in their sales growth efforts by contributing to new customer acquisition.Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate sales order information and send copies to the sales office.
  • Coordinate sales visits and demonstrate/present products to build brand equity.
  • Research and analyze various corporate structures in the sales operations.
  • Represent the region in overall business planning sessions and sales reviews.
  • Lead sales initiatives to deliver business goals and promote Company products.
  • Liaise closely with the pre-sales application team to conduct online/in-person meetings.
  • Generate MIS for sales and collections on a regular basis.
  • Review past sales data to determine trends and productivity.
  • Create a sales pipeline that accurately reflects the relative placement of sales prospects in the purchasing process.
  • Provide back-end support to front-line salespeople in terms of arranging quotations, technical information, etc.
  • Have an in-depth understanding of the sales administration process.
  • Handle the entire sales process from prospecting to closing and understanding the process.
Experience and Skills:
  • 2-5 years of experience in FMCG/FMCD sales, with a focus on Mobile Wallet/MPOS sales.
  • 3-4 years of experience as a Regional Sales Manager in infrastructure or enterprise network product sales.
  • 4-6 years of experience in marketing and sales of bulk/industrial chemicals.
  • 12+ years of experience in sales and enterprise network product sales.
  • Strong PR skills and the ability to be a good sales executive.
  • Technical and social skills needed to enhance sales.
  • Experience in sales to cooperative, government, producer companies, and fintech activities.
  • In-depth understanding of sales administration processes and inside sales.
  • Familiarity with complex sales processes and working with external stakeholders and customers.
Qualifications:
  • Degree in IT/SAAS sales or related field.
  • Freshers with an engineering background and IT/SAAS sales experience are welcome.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Strategize with team members to innovate and improve the overall sales development process.
  • Identify problems in the sales channels and seek advice for resolution.
  • Make proposals and offers in accordance with the sales targets set by the company.
  • Develop new business with existing clients and identify areas for improvement to meet sales quotas.
  • Assist the sales force in developing sales strategies to grow revenue, market share, and profit.
  • Coordinate and monitor post-sales activities such as installation and commissioning.
  • Design and implement a strategic sales plan in line with the company\'s goals.
  • Provide job support and guidance in addressing territory-specific issues.
  • Plan and drive sales efforts by building structured pipelines, solutions, and winning proposals.
  • Provide sales support on policy clarifications, email formats, case records checking, etc.
  • Oversee partnership sales to achieve new business and current revenue retention targets.
  • Lead a larger region and manage a global sales team.
  • Oversee and recruit staff members for the regional sales manager positions.
Preferred Skills:
  • Previous experience in outbound call center sales or sales positions related to perishable items.
  • Technology-oriented B2B sales experience with a strong results-oriented approach.
