Key Responsibilities :
Looking for candidates from Interior Decor and Wooden sector
• Lead Generation : Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, referrals, and social media.
• Sales Presentations : Conduct product demonstrations and sales presentations to potential customers, highlighting the benefits and features of products or services.
• Customer Relationship Management : Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers while identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services.
• Negotiation and Closing : Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts, and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Sales Reporting : Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales progress in the CRM system.
• Market Research : Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
• Collaboration : Work closely with marketing, customer service, and product teams to ensure customer satisfaction and the seamless delivery of services or products.
• Sales Targets : Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
• Customer Feedback : Gather customer feedback and insights to improve the sales process and the customer experience.
