• Sales Target Achievement : Meet and exceed sales targets for Ashok Leyland vehicles.
• Customer Engagement : Engage with potential customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions.
• Market Analysis : Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and trends.
• Customer Service : Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and support.
• Team Coordination : Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and achieve common goals.
• Lead Generation : Generate leads through various channels such as referrals, networking, and digital marketing.
• Sales Reporting : Maintain accurate sales records and report progress to management.
• Product Knowledge : Stay updated with the latest Ashok Leyland products and features to effectively communicate benefits to customers.
• After-Sales Support : Provide support to customers post-purchase, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
Skills and Qualifications:
• Experience : Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Education : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Negotiation : Strong negotiation skills to close deals effectively.
• Customer-Oriented : Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Analytical Skills : Proficiency in analyzing market trends and sales data.
