Field Sales Executive - Yatrikart (Indore)

About the Role:

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Field Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in Indore! You will play a key role in expanding Yatrikart's presence in the Indore market by securing new retail counters for our products.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and Build Relationships: Identify and build rapport with potential retail partners within the designated Indore territory.
• Product Promotion & Sales: Present Yatrikart's product portfolio to potential clients, effectively communicating the value proposition and benefits to their business.
• Negotiate & Close Deals: Negotiate win-win agreements with retailers to secure new sales counters for Yatrikart products.
• Market Analysis & Reporting: Conduct regular market research to understand competitor activity and identify new business opportunities.
• Onboarding & Support: Assist new retail partners with product setup, merchandising, and ongoing support to ensure their success.
• Achieve Sales Targets: Drive sales growth by exceeding assigned sales targets for new counter acquisition and product placement.
• Maintain Accurate Records: Compile and maintain detailed sales reports and customer data.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree or proven experience in field sales
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Ability to build strong relationships and develop trust with clients
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated, ambitious, and results-oriented with a strong work ethic
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
