We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Area Sales Executive to join our team, focusing on Ernakulam and Thrissur districts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agriculture sales or hold an agricultural degree, with a proven track record of driving sales and achieving targets.Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Management: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets in Ernakulam and Thrissur districts.
  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers, retailers, and distributors.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Product Promotion: Promote our range of agricultural products, providing detailed information and demonstrations to potential customers.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts, providing insights on performance and market conditions.
  • Customer Support: Address customer inquiries and provide after-sales support to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with business goals.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Agriculture or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 years of experience in agriculture sales or a similar role.
  • Location: Preferably a resident of Thrissur or Ernakulam districts.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, strong analytical abilities, and a customer-focused approach.
  • Mobility: Willingness to travel within the assigned districts to meet clients and conduct sales activities.
