We are currently looking for a motivated and experienced sales executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Development:
• Identify and target potential clients, including businesses, freelancers, and corporate organizations.
• Conduct market research to uncover customer needs and industry trends related to NFC and QR technology.
• Generate leads through networking, cold calls, referrals, and digital marketing efforts.
• Product Promotion:
• Present and demonstrate the benefits of Digital NFC Cards and QR Boards to prospective clients.
• Create customized sales presentations and proposals that align with client needs.
• Attend trade shows, networking events, and other promotional activities to showcase products.
• Customer Relationship Management:
• Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and foster repeat business.
• Address client inquiries, provide product knowledge, and resolve any issues promptly.
• Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure they are leveraging the products effectively and identify upsell opportunities.
• Sales Reporting:
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress through CRM software.
• Provide regular updates and reports to management regarding sales performance and market insights.
