Job Description

• Meeting sales targets : Achieving personal and team sales targets on a weekly and monthly basis
• Generating new business : Attracting new customers and identifying new business opportunities
• Maintaining relationships : Building and maintaining relationships with existing customers
• Preparing sales proposals : Creating sales proposals that meet customer needs and sales targets
• Preparing reports : Preparing weekly and monthly sales reports that compare targets and achievements
• Monitoring competitors : Monitoring competitors' sales activities, new products, and rates
• Assisting with marketing : Assisting with corporate marketing strategies and expanding into new markets
• Traveling : Traveling to meet potential clients and maintain relationships with existing customers
• Administrative tasks : Directing and supervising sales representatives

Field sales executives need to be knowledgeable about their products and have strong interpersonal skills. Interpersonal skills include empathy, negotiation, persuasion, problem solving, patience, and flexibility

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Rotational shift

Supplemental Pay:

• Commission pay
• Overtime pay
• Performance bonus

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Business development: 1 year (Preferred)
• Lead generation: 1 year (Preferred)
