We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Paint Sales Executive with 3 to 5 years of sales experience to join our team in Kerala. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing client relationships, and expanding the market share of our paint products.
Key Responsibilities :
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets for decorative and industrial paints.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, contractors, architects, and other key customers in the region.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on market trends.
• Promote and demonstrate paint products to customers, providing detailed product information and technical assistance.
• Negotiate and close sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
• Monitor competitor activities and adjust sales strategies to stay competitive.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to implement promotional activities, campaigns, and events.
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to the management.
• Ensure timely collection of payments and manage credit control for assigned accounts.
Qualifications :
• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the paint or construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of the paint market in Kerala, including dealer networks and distribution channels.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• A valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
Salary : Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.
