Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Area Sales Executive to promote and sell our range of reusable cloth diapers in Ernakulam , Thrissur & Palakkad . The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to meet Monthly sales targets and expand our customer base within their designated area.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand customer base.

- Identify and approach potential B2B and Institutional customers (e.g., Senior Care , childcare centers, eco-friendly stores , Pharmacies, Primary Health Centers, Hospitals , Palliative Care Units, retail stores, Baby shops & Boutiques , retail stores, Wholesalers , Distributors) to introduce our reusable cloth diaper products.

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

- Provide product demonstrations and training sessions to potential customers.

- Stay informed about the latest trends and developments in the reusable diaper industry.

- Collaborate with marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.

- Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare reports.

- Collect the due payments from the customers in time.

Requirements :

- Proven track record in sales, ideally within the baby products or consumer goods industry.

- Knowledge of reusable diaper products and their benefits.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

- Ability to travel within the designated sales area.

- Own 2 Wheeler with valid Driving License.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

- Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
