Key Responsibilities:
Improve sales Volume at Dealerships in the respective territories for Specifically for Weeder & New Products .
Scouting for dealers as per the established criteria and best fit to market.
Conducting Surveys to better understand customer needs.
Monitoring competitor's sales activity within an assigned territory.
Develop, maintain, and review system and processes at dealership level.
Sales and technical support to dealer and customer.
Analyse and Develop your Team and Resources.
Assign Reps to New Sales Territories.
Keep an accurate and up to date record of its outcomes using your CRM.
Ensure Proper DMS Co-ordination at dealership and required Models Stock availability.
Successful execution of Project Chhatrapati & other strategies decided by the Organization.
Ensure generation of New Product HP in Weaker regions.
Execution of Market development (BTL) activities.
