Role suitable for candidates with a background in outbound calling, telemarketing, or sales. The ASE will play a key role in identifying potential franchise partners and assisting in their onboarding process.Key Responsibilities:Data Scraping & Research:

  • Research and collect data on potential franchise prospects in target regions.
  • Maintain and update an organized database of leads.
Calling & Lead Generation:
  • Reach out to prospects via phone calls to explain Livspace's franchise opportunities.
  • Generate high-quality leads and schedule meetings with interested prospects.
Meeting Coordination:
  • Collaborate with the team to align schedules and confirm meetings with qualified leads.
  • Ensure smooth handover of leads to senior team members for further engagement.
Market Understanding:
  • Develop a basic understanding of the local market dynamics and franchise requirements.
  • Provide feedback and insights from interactions with prospects to improve outreach strategies.
Key Result Areas (KRAs):
  • Generating a consistent pipeline of quality leads.
  • Scheduling and confirming meetings with potential franchise partners.
  • Supporting the team in achieving franchise onboarding targets.
Job RequirementQualifications and Skills:
  • 1-2 years of experience in outbound calling, telemarketing, or a similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in the local/native language is mandatory.
  • Basic organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote setup.
