Role Overview:
The Area Sales Executive will focus on promoting and selling industrial lubricants to businesses across various industries in the Bangalore region. This role involves identifying potential clients, building strong relationships, and driving sales growth by offering customized lubricant solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sales and Business Development:
• Develop and execute a sales strategy to grow the industrial lubricants business in the Bangalore region.
• Identify and engage with potential industrial customers, including manufacturers, automotive workshops, and other industries.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Client Management and Technical Support:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with industrial clients.
• Provide technical support and recommendations to clients regarding lubricant applications and performance.
• Market Intelligence:
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and client requirements to stay ahead of market demands.
• Share insights and feedback with the management to align product offerings with market needs.
• Collaboration and Promotions:
• Collaborate with distributors, channel partners, and the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns.
• Organize technical workshops and training sessions for clients and partners.
• Reporting and Documentation:
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market data.
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports to the management.
Qualifications and Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-7 years of experience in sales, preferably in the industrial lubricants.
• Strong knowledge of industrial lubricants, their applications, and industry requirements.
• Familiarity with the Bangalore industrial market.
Skills Required:
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Technical knowledge of industrial lubricants and their applications.
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the region.

Competitive, with performance-based incentives.
