The Area Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing key relationships with customers and partners across Bengaluru. This position involves promoting high-quality European uPVC doors and windows by Deceuninck Profiles, generating leads, closing sales, and meeting business targets. The role requires frequent travel and strong communication skills to engage with clients, architects, contractors, and builders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales & Business Development:
• Drive the sales of Deceuninck uPVC profiles in assigned territories (Bengaluru).
• Identify potential customers, including builders, architects, contractors, and homeowners.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitive landscape.
• Develop strategies to increase product awareness and market penetration.
• Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Client Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Provide technical assistance and product information to clients.
• Offer post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Regularly visit project sites to ensure smooth product delivery and installation.
• Lead Generation & Follow-up:
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and on-site visits.
• Manage and follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to clients.
• Reporting & Coordination:
• Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and competitor analysis.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies.
• Work closely with installation teams to ensure timely execution of projects.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Any degree in marketing, or a related field.
• 0-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the construction, building materials, or uPVC industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.
• Ability to travel extensively across Bengaluru.
• Good understanding of the uPVC doors and windows market is a plus.
• Proficiency in English and local languages (Kannada/Tamil).

Pay: ?9,663.14 - ?25,000.00 per month
