REALOGIST is a start up company and one of the first of its kind online market place solution for all types of logistics services - whether its transportation, express logistics, air or ocean freight, bulk cargo and warehousing activities. The compay provides an omnichannel solution, including web and mobile online mode, walk in Kiosks and direct field sales for sale and procurement of logistics services. Solution is focused on serving logistics needs of both B2B and B2C customer segment. We also plan to have regional offices in Pune, Kolkata, Guragon, Chennai and Bangalore within next year. We will also be providing logistics and supply chain recruitment and training solution under the startup. We are looking for few candidates to join our business and sales development division.
AREA SALES EXECUTIVE
Roles and Responsibilities
• The role requires a field sales and business development professionals for transportation, shipping , logistics and forwarding industry who shall be working on acquiring customers, recruiting vendors for the company
• Research internet to identify key players, service providers, vendors, customers and generate interest and leads related to intra-city and inter-city transportation, shipping, export and import logistics etc.
• Explain company's services/solutions to service providers, vendors, suppliers and customers
• Source new sales opportunities in intra-city and inter-city transportation, shipping, export and import logistics etc. through lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
• Achieve monthly sales and customer acquisition target
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 7 to 8 years of experience in field sales, customer service, tele or field sales or marketing in the field of logistics, shipping, transportation, freight
forwarding, couriers etc
Good awareness about logistics industry, intra and inter state transportation, freight forwarding etc
Good knowledge of sales and business development
Good communication skills in English and Hindi
Willing to travel frequently
Education
• Graduate/ Post Graduate/ BBM/ BBA/ MBA etc

Perks and Benefits
• Salary: INR 400,000 to 450,000 per annum
• Incentives : For sales, business development, customer acquisition, company will pay incentives subject to performance. Incentives will be payable on monthly basis and can be upto Rs 75,000 or more per month depending on target achievement
• Training: Company will provide detail subject matter training on logistics services. Additionally, sales, marketing, effective communication effectiveness training will be provided to all employees
• Three months of probation with pay will be applicable
