Area Sales Executive:
As an Area Sales Executive in the Building Material Industry, your primary responsibility will be to promote and sell the company's building materials and products within a designated geographic area. You will play a crucial role in achieving sales targets, building strong customer relationships, and contributing to the growth and profitability of the organization
Key Responsibilities:
• Secondary Sales Target Achievement.
• Develop and implement a sales strategy to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Meeting Dealers and achieve a minimum of 8 visits per day, Plan and organize sales visits to maximize efficiency and coverage of the assigned area.
• Meeting architectures, Contractors, Builders, Fabricators.
• Identify and prioritize potential customers within the assigned area.
• Generate leads, prospect new clients, and convert leads into sales opportunities.
• Scouting and visiting sites.
• Scouting for New dealers.
• Gain a deep understanding of the company's building materials, including their features, pricing, benefits.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor products to effectively communicate the value proposition of your products.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and emerging trends.
• Gather and analyze competitor information to formulate effective sales strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including sales calls, customer interactions, and sales orders.
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports to the sales manager or relevant stakeholders.
• Appointing Dealers for Various Product.
• Conducting mini meets, taking care of Displays and exclusive Galleries.
• Be ready with the product samples and catalogues to present it at any point of time.
• Follow-up of payment.
• Introducing New product as per company policies.
• Co-ordinate with customers & send the requirements to the design team for drawings, measurements, quotations.
• Maintain Project list & update the report on regular basis.
• Follow-up Sales lead given by the company and reporting on a regular basis.
• Submitting Sales & Tour Plans to Head Office Team in the beginning of every month.
• Submit Travel expenses on time.
