The Area Sales Executive is responsible for achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth in a designated area. This includes managing relationships with key clients, acquiring new customers, and coordinating with the sales team to ensure effective implementation of sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Management:
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
• Manage and grow existing customer accounts.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and understand competitors.
• Customer Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Understand customer needs and provide solutions to meet those needs.
• Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
• Team Coordination:
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure effective execution of sales strategies.
• Provide training and support to sales representatives.
• Coordinate with other departments (e.g., marketing, logistics) to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Reporting and Analysis:
• Prepare and present sales reports to senior management.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Monitor and report on competitors' activities and market trends.
• Compliance and Ethics:
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Maintain high ethical standards in all sales activities.
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience:
• Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role.
• Experience in managing and growing customer accounts.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
• Skills:
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Preferred Qualifications:

Working Conditions:
