Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets.
Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports to the Regional Manager.
2. Field Surveys:
Conduct regular field surveys to assess market conditions and identify opportunities.
Collect detailed information on competitor activities, pricing, and strategies.
Share insights and actionable data with the management team.
3. Customer Acquisition:
Identify and engage with new farmers through field surveys.
Share daily updates of 5-6 new farmer contacts using the Lystloc application.
Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers and key stakeholders.
4. Market Intelligence:
Gather and analyze field-level information on competitors.
Provide detailed reports on market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
5. Field Operations:
Oversee and ensure efficient field operations.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure alignment with overall sales strategy.
Resolve field-level issues and escalate complex problems to the Regional Manager.
6. Product Knowledge:
Maintain an in-depth understanding of all products, including plants, private orchards, Unnati units, and trellis items.
Train and support team members on product features and benefits.
7. Customer Support:
Address customer queries and provide solutions in a timely manner.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
8. Reporting:
Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities, field surveys, and competitor analysis.
Utilize Lystloc and other tools for efficient reporting and data management.
9. Team Coordination:
Work closely with the sales team, providing guidance and support.
Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of field staff.
10. Compliance:
Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all field activities.
11. Innovation:
Identify and implement innovative approaches to improve field operations and sales.
