\xe2\x97\x8fManaging & handling complaints and cases. Desired Candidate Profile.. \xe3\x80\x8bProven sales experience, sector-specific Industrial sales experience is preferred.
\xe3\x80\x8bOutstanding negotiation and consultative sales skills
\xe3\x80\x8bProven track record of meeting sales quotas.
\xe3\x80\x8bBusiness Development Managers / Sales Engineers may spend 60% to 90% of their time traveling.
\xe3\x80\x8bCandidates need to have a vehicle. (Bike etc).
\xe3\x80\x8bCandidates with MBA Preferred
Candidates with engineering and sales background preferred.
\xe3\x80\x8bTo be part of team, candidate needs to be ambitious, growth driven, proactive, should have initiative and possess excellent communication skills
\xe3\x80\x8bShould take ownership of the assigned target and strive to meet them successfully.
\xe3\x80\x8bShould have inclination and self-motivation to learn new technology/products and promote it aggressively to the market. \xe3\x80\x8bShould be prompt in submitting accurate, up to date and timely reports.
\xe3\x80\x8bShould be able to pro-actively plan and execute travelling in the assigned territory (usually NCR).
