Role Overview:
The Area Sales Executive will focus on increasing sales and market share for Ziel Lubricants' industrial products in Ahmedabad. This role involves identifying and engaging potential clients, offering technical solutions, and building strong client relationships to meet and exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sales and Market Development:
• Identify new business opportunities and grow the industrial lubricants market in Ahmedabad.
• Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets by targeting industrial sectors such as manufacturing, automotive, and engineering.
• Client Relationship Management and Technical Advisory:
• Build and sustain strong relationships with industrial clients, understanding their specific lubrication needs.
• Provide clients with technical guidance on product selection, usage, and optimization for industrial applications.
• Market Research and Feedback Collection:
• Analyze competitor activities, market trends, and client needs in the Ahmedabad industrial sector.
• Report market insights and opportunities to management to help refine sales strategies.
• Promotional Activities and Collaboration:
• Collaborate with distributors and the marketing team to implement promotions and client engagement activities.
• Participate in industry events, workshops, and product demonstrations to enhance brand presence.
• Reporting and Documentation:
• Keep detailed records of all sales activities, customer communications, and market insights.
• Submit timely sales and activity reports to the Regional Sales Manager.
Qualifications and Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-7 years of sales experience in industrial lubricants or technical sales.
• Strong knowledge of industrial lubricants and their applications.
• Familiarity with the Ahmedabad industrial market is a plus.
Skills Required:
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Technical expertise in lubricants and their industrial applications.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the region.

Competitive, with performance-based incentives.
