Job Title: Sales Executive - Jewellery Industry

Reports to: Sales Manager/Regional Manager

Location: Surat

Job Summary:

We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Sales Executive to join our jewellery sales team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for luxury goods, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Meet and exceed sales targets in assigned territories/accounts.

2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

3. Conduct sales calls, presentations, and product demonstrations.

4. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments.

5. Manage and maintain accurate sales records and reports.

6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, operations).

7. Provide exceptional customer service and resolve client concerns.

8. Participate in trade shows, events, and product launches.

9. Achieve monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets.

10. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth.

Requirements:

1. 2+ years of sales experience in the jewellery industry.

2. Proven sales track record and achievement of targets.

3. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

4. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

5. Excellent product knowledge (jewellery, gemstones, etc.).

6. Familiarity with sales software and CRM systems.

7. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

8. Ability to travel (up to 50%).

Desirable Skills:

1. Knowledge of jewellery design, manufacturing, and repair.

2. Experience with luxury brands.

3. Familiarity with industry-specific software (e.g., Jewel Mate).

4. Certification in gemmology or jewellery design.
