• Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify selling opportunities and assess customer needs.
• Sales Opportunities: Actively seek out new sales prospects through cold calling, networking, and social media.
• Client Meetings: Set up meetings with potential clients, listen to their needs, and offer tailored solutions.
• Presentations: Prepare and deliver engaging presentations on our products and services.
• Reporting: Create and present regular sales and financial reports, including reviews of sales performance.
• Stock Management: Ensure adequate stock levels for sales and demonstrations.
• Exhibitions: Represent the company at exhibitions and conferences.
• Negotiations: Negotiate deals and handle any objections or complaints effectively.
• Collaboration: Work with the team to achieve optimal results and undertake tour planning with the assigned head.
• Customer Visits: Plan and conduct visits to customer locations regularly.
• Reporting & Analysis: Generate daily reports and conduct customer analysis.
• CRM Management: Update and manage the customer database in CRM systems.

• Proficiency in English: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• MS Office: Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Marketing Knowledge: Thorough understanding of marketing strategies and negotiation techniques.
• Sales Passion: Self-motivated with a passion for sales and achieving results.
• Presentation Skills: Ability to deliver compelling presentations.
• Education: Preferably from an engineering background (BE Mechanical/Electrical) or MBA in Marketing.
