Designation: Area Sales Executive
Reporting to: Area Sales Manager
Objective:
Responsible for driving sales, managing key accounts, and overseeing the sales team in Goa. Focus on achieving sales targets, expanding market presence, and maintaining customer relationships.
Soft Skills Required:
• Sales strategy and execution
• Team leadership and management
• Customer relationship management
• Market analysis and competitor assessment
• Promotional planning and execution
• Inventory and distribution coordination
Qualification:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Experience:
• 3-5 years in sales (2+ years in a managerial role in beverages or FMCG industry)
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute sales strategies for North/South Goa.
• Lead and manage a sales team, driving performance.
• Build and maintain key customer and distributor relationships.
• Monitor sales performance and report to the Regional Manager.
• Plan and execute promotional activities in collaboration with marketing.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Note: Responsibilities may change as per company needs.
