Job Summary
Farmley is looking for a proactive and results-oriented Area Sales Executive (General Trade) to support and grow sales operations in the Delhi market. This role will involve building relationships with retailers, executing sales plans, and ensuring the availability of Farmley's high-quality, farm-fresh products. The ideal candidate will be passionate about achieving targets and expanding Farmley's presence in the general trade segment.
Key Responsibilities
• Sales Execution : Implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets across the general trade channel in Delhi.
• Retail Network Expansion : Identify and establish relationships with new retailers to expand Farmley's distribution network in the Delhi region.
• Order Management : Ensure timely and accurate order booking, delivery, and stock replenishment to maintain product availability.
• Relationship Building : Develop and maintain strong relationships with retail partners and distributors, addressing any concerns and promoting Farmley's brand.
• Promotion & Display Management : Execute in-store branding, promotions, and displays to increase product visibility and drive sales.
• Market Intelligence : Gather insights on competitor activities, customer preferences, and market trends to optimize sales efforts.
• Reporting : Provide daily and weekly sales reports, sharing insights with the sales manager on performance, opportunities, and challenges.
Qualifications & Requirements
• Education : Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience : 2-4 years of experience in general trade sales, preferably in the FMCG or food sector.
• Skills :
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to meet targets and work independently.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, for reporting and data analysis.
• Other : Must be willing to travel locally within Delhi to manage retailer relationships effectively.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?10,413.61 - ?37,076.12 per month
