Job Overview: The Area Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales within a designated geographic area. Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Target Achievement
Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by management.
Proactively source and close sales deals to expand the client base.
2. Market Research & Analysis
Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and understand competitor activities.
Analyze local real estate trends to forecast property demand and strategize sales efforts accordingly.
3. Client Relationship Management
Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Provide clients with accurate and complete information on properties, financing options, and sales agreements.
4. Lead Generation
Develop and implement strategies to generate leads through various channels such as online marketing, networking, and partnerships.
Manage follow-up and conversion of leads in a timely and professional manner.
5. Site Visits & Presentations
Organize and conduct site visits for clients to showcase available properties.
Deliver presentations to potential buyers, highlighting property features and benefits.
6. Negotiation & Deal Closing
Negotiate terms and close property deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Handle pricing, contract terms, and payment conditions aligned with company policies.
7. Reporting & Documentation
Prepare regular sales reports for management, providing insights into performance and opportunities.
Ensure all sales documents are complete, accurate, and submitted on time.
8. Customer Support
Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide post-sale assistance.
Resolve client concerns and issues to ensure a positive customer experience.
Qualifications:
12th s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
2-4 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably within a similar geographic area.
Strong knowledge of the local real estate market and current property trends.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
