The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, a deep understanding of the agricultural machinery industry, and a passion for helping farmers succeed. Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Identify and target new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Understand customer needs, provide product information, and address inquiries or concerns promptly.
  • Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations.
  • Negotiate and close deals.
  • Track and analyze sales performance.
  • Provide after-sales support to customers.
  • Attend industry trade shows and events.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest agricultural machinery technologies.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Agricultural Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in agricultural machinery sales.
  • Proven track record of success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of the agricultural machinery industry and the needs of farmers.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
