We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Area Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base within a designated geographical area.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective customers
• Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively
• Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns
• Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
• Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and networking events
• Manage customer accounts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• 3+ years of proven sales experience, preferably in a similar industry
• Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the assigned territory
