Key Responsibilities:
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external doctors to drive business growth and patient referrals.
• Patient Management: Facilitate smooth communication with patients, ensuring their needs are met and enhancing patient satisfaction.
• Revenue Growth: Develop strategies to increase sales and achieve business revenue targets.
• Neighborhood Activities & Camps: Plan and execute community outreach programs, health camps, and awareness activities in the neighborhood to promote services.
• Corporate Tie-ups & Health Checks: Establish partnerships with local businesses and organizations for health checks and corporate wellness programs.
• Business Monitoring: Track daily business performance and report to management. Analyze trends and make recommendations for improvement.
• Target Planning & Achievement: Set weekly targets and ensure they are met, with strategies to maximize revenue.
• Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
Qualifications:
• Proven sales experience, preferably in the healthcare or diagnostics industry.
• Strong communication and relationship management skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.
• Knowledge of local market dynamics in Naregi would be an advantage.
