Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand customer base within the assigned geographical area.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting potential customers, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through regular communication, follow-up, and exceptional service.
Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences, and use insights to optimize sales strategies.
Collaborate with the sales team, marketing department, and other stakeholders to coordinate efforts, share best practices, and ensure alignment of sales activities with company objectives.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospective clients, addressing their concerns and objections effectively.
Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts, reports, and insights to management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities.
Stay updated on product knowledge, industry developments, and market trends to provide informed recommendations and support to customers.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote brand awareness and generate leads.
Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards while conducting sales activities.
