MBA is a plus Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar role. Knowledge of the road construction equipment industry is a plus. Salary: Competitive salary with commission structure and performance incentives.Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets within the assigned area. Customer Relationship: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Understand their needs and provide solutions using the company\'s road construction equipment. Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities, market trends, and competitive activities. Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the features and benefits of the company\'s road construction equipment. Provide product demonstrations and training as needed. Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the value proposition of the company\'s products. Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and other relevant documentation as required by the management. Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to align sales efforts with overall company objectives. Provide excellent after-sales support, address customer concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar role, preferably in the road construction equipment industry. Strong understanding of sales techniques, market dynamics, and customer behavior. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to travel within the assigned area and occasionally beyond. Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
