PROFILE: Area Resource Coordinator
Preferred Industry :Skills Training Industry/Project Implementation Agency Objective of this role:
• To coordinate with different departments and centers.
• To coordinate with students.
Job Responsibilities of this role:
• Coordinate with center managers and administrative staff to mobilize and track candidate movements for training and placement purposes.
• Support retention efforts by providing guidance and motivational support to candidates throughout their training journey.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate profiles, job placements, and employer interactions in a centralized database.
• Align placement strategies with industry trends and demands while building strong relationships with stakeholders to enhance placement opportunities and support career progression.
• Analyze placement effectiveness through reports and surveys, and implement process improvements to optimize efficiency.
• Organize campus drives and recruitment events while coordinating all placement activities to ensure seamless processes.
• Develop and maintain a Pan India placement network, actively promoting trainees to prospective employers via networking and communication channels.
• Provide Post placement service to candidates/ Trainees.
Qualifications:
• Minimum 12th Pass / under graduate.
• Proven experience in placement coordination, preferably within the skill development or education sector.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Additional Requirements:
• Willingness to travel extensively and work flexible hours as needed.
• Ability to motivate and coordinate teams effectively to achieve placement targets.
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of professionalism and ethical conduct.
• Must have their own vehicle and smart phone.
